Note: For military moves managed through the Defense Personal Property System (DPS), documentation for any lost or damaged items must be submitted through DPS. Detailed instructions for filing a claim are available on the official DPS portal. To log in and begin your claim, ensure you have both your Government Bill of Lading (GBL) number and your Electronic Transportation Acquisition (ETA) login.
